Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about shipping, order status, delivery times, etc.

When is your order shipped?

For in-stock items, orders will ship the next business day from the day an order is confirmed, unless otherwise stated. Back orders or Pre-orders will ship once the item is in stock.

What is the status of your order?

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email confirmation. Then once the order is shipped you will receive an order shipped notification by email usually the same day it was shipped. This email may include information on how to track your shipment when available.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will inform you of the status of your order, and provide you with a tracking number where applicable. Please include your order number with your email!

What is the estimated shipping time of your order?

Regular ground delivery takes approximately 3 - 5 business days. In some cases, depending on the location and the time of year it can take up to 7 - 10 days to deliver. 

Presently no orders will be shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

The warehouse is not open weekends or holidays.

Q. Do you need my credit card number every time I order? A. Yes. For security purposes, we need to confirm your card number and expiration date every time you order.  

WHAT is the RETURN Policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order including Books, DVDs and CDs (in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition). You must first contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to get an R.A.N. (Return Authorization Number). Please provide your order number, full name and contact information. ( As we may be dealing with numerous points of distribution)

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns for Books, downloadable PDFs, Videos, and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened.

Please note:

Once purchased, eBooks cannot be refunded. 

Bulk orders of 50 or more copies are non-returnable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
